Bloody hell! British Bristol boys club steals a Banksy so they can pay their bills…


Who owns a piece of art once it is posted in a public space? Is it owned by nobody or everybody? How does valuable graffiti art by Banksy differ from sexy perfume billboards in the local bus shelter?
