The 30th Harbin Ice and Snow Festival in China featured a number of ice sculptures, including one that had animal carcasses stuck to a wall of ice. It’s not to everyone’s taste to be sure, and it reminds me of the “dead pony preserved in formadehyde” which was successfully passed off as high art by British artist Damien Hirst. But is it really art…?!
