The elephant graveyard for bad art…


While we’re on the topic of pachyderms and dead elephants…

…turns out to be a REAL GRAVEYARD after all.  Out of sight, out of mind.  In some cases, perhaps demolition or banishment from the public eye is suitable punishment for crappy out-dated art.  Now if only there were some mechanism to do the same for crappy out-dated monuments of dead-soldiers-on-horses and monuments of forgotten politicians.

Here is the story of “Civic Virtue” in NYC…it seems that virtue is no longer an exclusively masculine trait;)
