Toronto’s AGO — a hotspot for Henry Moore

The Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO) possesses the world’s largest collection of Henry Moore maquettes…over 300.  These are the original maquettes that Moore created to make his multiple bronze sculptures (copies) that are spread out across the globe.

Just outside the AGO, in FREE public space, is this lovely Moore sculpture — a sibling to the Archer located in front of Toronto City hall.
